Created
in 2006, Gruff Junction goat’s cheeses
are hand-made locally – just half an hour
from Christchurch, on the banks of Lake
Ellesmere. The
‘stars’ of the show – 250 white Saanen
goats – are farmed in Greenpark. They
spend their days grazing the pastures and
trying to stay out of trouble! A small
family business, Greenpark Farm goats are farmed by Ev
Moorhead while Gruff Junction goat cheeses are hand-crafted
by daughter Anna.
